Ship “Zwölferhorn”

Capacity: 80 people

Should the weather not cooperate, you can spend the time of your tour under the roof. We can transport up to 45 people in this way – protected from the weather.

There is also room for up to three strollers on board. The “Zwölferhorn” was built in 1927, is 18 meters long and has 160 hp on the lake.

By the way! We also look forward to welcoming your animal companion.

Ship “Falkenstein”

Capacity: 35 people

The “Falkenstein” is a canal ship built in Holland in 1971, just under 14 meters long and 3.20 meters wide.

Since July 2021, the canal boat has been sailing on lake Wolfgangsee. Small pets are also allowed on board our “Falkenstein”. And we will be happy to help you with the boarding of the stroller.

How much does a round trip on the Wolfgangsee cost?

The price for the boat trips on the Wolfgangsee depends on the booked boat as well as the number of persons and if necessary also on individual wishes. That is why we would like to provide you with an offer that is based precisely on your requirements.

What are the payment options?

You pay either in cash on the spot or through your voucher (when booking through a tour operator).

Payment by credit or debit card is unfortunately not possible.

Is there a timetable of the shipping on the Wolfgangsee?

Trips on Wolfgangsee are individually timed according to your wishes. There is no fixed timetable.

We drive for you from 15 March to 31 January.

How to get to the boat trip on the Wolfgangsee?

Arrival to St. Gilgen on the Wolfgangsee ...

... by car: From Salzburg - highway exit (A1) Thalgau (21 km) and from Vienna - highway exit (A1) Mondsee (15 km) to St. Gilgen.

... by train: From Vienna to Salzburg, from there by public bus or cab via Hof and Fuschl to St. Gilgen. From Germany via Munich to Salzburg, from there by public bus or cab to St. Gilgen (train station Salzburg to St. Gilgen - 28 km).

Where is parking available?

Chargeable parking is available in St. Gilgen (near the lake promenade "Parkplatz Excelsior", shortly after entering St. Gilgen) and in St. Wolfgang (Zentrumsparkplatz P3).
